" Great location. What an absolute gem. Parked for free outside. Alison was so welcoming we were allowed to check in early. Dropped our bags in out room and went for a walk. Newly decorated loved the Victorian decor. Gluten free and dairy free options for breakfast. We loved every minute of it. Highly recommended St Leonards is quieter than Hastings Central but that's only a 15 min walk as well. Oh and the sea view. A real one 100m away across the road."

To ensure a high quality, freshly cooked breakfast we ask our guests to pre order.

LOCATION
Our nearest train station West St Leonards is just 6 minutes walk with routes from either Charing Cross or London Bridge only 1 hour 20 minutes away. Warrior Square station is only 25 minutes walk with direct routes to London Victoria.
St Leonards on Sea is a town and seaside resort with a pretty shingle beach and sandy patches at low tide. There is an abundance of regency architecture to explore and a buzzing vibe of music and art events not to mention the selection of vintage and furniture stores.
We are truly spoilt for places to eat to suite all pallets and dietary requirements from Michelin star meals out through to beach side bars and cafes serving artisan coffees and a quick bite.
